Regarding: What the BrokerCheck Ruling Means for Your Website

In October 2015, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the FINRA Rule 2210, which requires brokerages and individual advisors to include a readily apparent reference and hyperlink from their websites to BrokerCheck. The changes must be made by June 6, 2016. If you have a webpage on FuturityFirst.com, we’re doing the work for you and adding a link directly from your advisor page to your BrokerCheck profile.

If you have a website that you manage outside of Futurity First, you must add the BrokerCheck link prior to June 6, 2016. FINRA has provided resources including graphics and supporting language to help ensure that your website remains compliant.
